Auction

Syntax: auction <item> <minimum bid>
Syntax: auction

This will auction one of your items. If selled, it will automatically appear
in the inventory of the buyer.

When there's already an item on the auction block, use 'AUCTION' to get a
free id on the item.

You can auction owner items and the winner will become the new owner. In doing so
the item will become un-auctionable.

In order to purchase an item that is being auctioned, SEE 'BID'.
